Each case has a specific use. UPPERCASE is best reserved for short emphasis, acronyms, and legal disclaimers — long paragraphs in caps feel aggressive and are 10–20% harder to read. lowercase suits informal, quiet, and modern brand voices (many tech companies use lowercase for a friendly feel). Title Case capitalises the first letter of each major word, following AP or Chicago style rules for skipping articles ("a", "an", "the"), coordinating conjunctions ("and", "but", "or"), and short prepositions. Sentence case capitalises only the first word and proper nouns — increasingly the default for web headlines because it feels more conversational.
